It's great that you've decided to join The Curve, you've taken the first step. We strongly recommend that you work out at least 3 times each week, 30 minutes each time. That small time commitment will give you the results you're looking for. It helps if you team up with a friend and make that commitment to work at together so that you can support each other to keep it up. Be accountable to each other, and be accountable to yourself. If you make the effort, you will see the results.

Absolutely loving my first week at The Curve, it's clean, spacious, good atmosphere and the staff offer a first class service. I've even had a treatment at the beauty room and it's the best one I've had by far. I highly recommend the facilities The Curve has to offer.
I joined the gym and mainly focussed on attending classes. At first I found it hard to co-ordinate, but slowly learnt the moves and was inspired by the instructor who told me never to give up and keep going. I have a workout with a friend of mine who also joined The Curve. Staff here are very friendly and recommend all to join.
When I joined I had an induction followed by a 1-2-1 after which I was given a meal pan and a training plan designed just for me. I got measured and weighed. The instructors are always willing to help and I find The Curve very nice and clean and the staff are friendly, approachable and always have a smile on. I recommend everyone to come and see.
Been to a few gyms in the past, but nothing beats The Curve. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and I'm always greeted with a smile. They go out of their way to keep me motivated. Thank you The Curve, you're the best.
