Absolutely loving my first week at The Curve, it's clean, spacious, good atmosphere and the staff offer a first class service. I've even had a treatment at the beauty room and it's the best one I've had by far. I highly recommend the facilities The Curve has to offer.

I joined the gym and mainly focussed on attending classes. At first I found it hard to co-ordinate, but slowly learnt the moves and was inspired by the instructor who told me never to give up and keep going. I have a workout with a friend of mine who also joined The Curve. Staff here are very friendly and recommend all to join.

When I joined I had an induction followed by a 1-2-1 after which I was given a meal pan and a training plan designed just for me. I got measured and weighed.
